Its never to early to introduce your little ones to breathing excersises / meditation.  My little girl is only 2 , and this week we have seen some big emotions in her little body . So i have introduced some simple breathing excersises to her and a rainbow meditation. It has really helped ground her and she must enjoy it as she asked for it in bed and then again this morning. I Ussualy get up early and enjoy a meditation in peace,  but i had a lie in today  . When she saw me  get my headphones,  she came and asked for a rainbow meditation . If im honest i was a bit annoyed as i love to start my morning with a  meditation.  So i thought we would do one together instead,  and it surprisingly worked well , and i benefited also.So if you struggle to fit time to meditate when you have kids , or just want to spend more quality time together.
